The 2026 Seoul Silver Grass Festival runs October 17 to 23. It is at Haneul Park, inside World Cup Park. There is silver grass bouquet making, photo zones, busking and an outdoor photo exhibition. Seoul has published the dates but not the daily hours, so check the festival page before you go.
