Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and the last Wednesday of the month are self-guided. On Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, entry is by timed guided tour only. Each slot takes 200 people, 100 booked online and 100 sold at the gate. Jongmyo is closed on Tuesdays, the same day as Gyeongbokgung.
