A memorial park for the people killed in the Jeju 4·3 events that began in 1948. The memorial hall walks you through what happened on the island, calmly and in detail. It sits in the hills east of Jeju City.

- The park is always open. The memorial hall opens 09:00–18:00 (last entry 17:00) and closes on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month. The hall is free too. Checked Oct 2026.
