The old-timer everyone names first for seodae-hoe in Yeosu. The menu centres on two dishes, raw sole tossed in a tangy makgeolli-vinegar dressing and grilled hairtail, and if you order rice they bring a bowl to mix it in. It's raw fish dressed like a salad, an easy start if you're unsure about sashimi.
