Songgwangsa Temple

A large temple on the west side of Jogyesan, one of Korea's Three Jewel Temples, the one that stands for the monks. Its pavilion Uhwagak spans the stream, and the walk in from the car park follows the valley on the flat for 10 to 15 minutes. It's about an hour and a half by bus from downtown Suncheon, so set aside half a day.
