Jamae Galbi Jeongol (Mul-galbi)

A mul-galbi house, the Jeonju hot pot of pork ribs simmered in broth with bean sprouts and mushrooms. You finish with fried rice with chives, and they say the ribs are made fresh and sold out each day. As a hot pot it may need a minimum of two portions.
