Lanes of cafés and bars behind Jeonju Gaeksa in the old downtown. Prices are lower than in the Hanok Village and there are plenty of bars, so it is an evening place, and the Film Street next door is the hub of the Jeonju International Film Festival in May. Reports since 2024 mention more empty shopfronts, so check a place is still open before you go.
