Sambaekjip (Bean Sprout Soup)

A bean sprout soup house dating from 1947 that boils each bowl in an earthenware pot with an egg cracked in. The name comes from a grandmother who sold only 300 bowls a day, though reviews say there is no limit now. There are branches all over the country, so check you are at the original by Gaeksa.
