Goseong's best-known makguksu, buckwheat noodles in radish water kimchi broth topped with seaweed and a boiled egg. Waits can reach 2 to 3 hours at weekends and in summer, so many people join the queue remotely on the Tabling app. The side of pyeonyuk is pork.
