A restaurant in an old hanok house serving just one dish, jang kalguksu, noodle soup made with gochujang and doenjang. It has appeared in the food comic Sikgaek and on Korean TV food shows, and locals line up for it. Expect it spicy and thick.

- Closed on Tuesdays. Lunch orders stop a little before 3 pm and it reopens at 5 pm. It closes early when the noodles run out.
