Yupori Makguksu

One of the three great makguksu (막국수) houses of Chuncheon, serving buckwheat noodles for more than 50 years. Noodles come in a bowl with a light sauce, and you pour in dongchimi (radish water kimchi) from a kettle. It is in Yupo-ri, a small army-base village in Sinbuk-eup, and is listed as closing early in the evening, so a taxi at lunch works best.
