A Confucian academy honouring Ryu Seong-ryong, one of the UNESCO-listed Korean seowon. From the Mandaeru pavilion the river and the Byeongsan cliffs fill the whole view. It's about 4 km from Hahoe Village with almost no buses, so a 15-minute taxi is the realistic way.
