How to
Bring ARC + passport + phone to KB or Shinhan (they have English forms). Ask for 체크카드 (che-keu ka-deu). 30 minutes. Before ARC: Toss Bank won't work; use cash.
외국인등록증 + 여권 + 폰 들고 국민·신한(영어 서식 있음). "체크카드"라고. 30분. ARC 전엔 토스뱅크 안 됨; 현금.
