The opposite of Seoul's old narrow alleys — a city built from scratch. The G-Tower observatory is free but **closed Mondays**, and opens at 1pm on weekends. Water taxis are cancelled in bad weather, so check the same day. There's little shade — sunset beats midday in summer.
