Late start on the Yeongdo cliffs

느지막이 영도 절벽으로

Day course · 4 stops · Busan

The island just across the bridge from Nampo, worth a day if you have time or have been to Busan before.

[Yeongdo] An island joined to the city by bridges, with lots of good cafes, like the big sea-view P.ARK and Momos Coffee's roastery. The City Tour Green Line from Busan Stn stops at Huinnyeoul and Taejongdae, Wednesday to Sunday. If you're near Nampo at 14:00 on a Saturday, Yeongdo Bridge lifts for 15 min. [Taejongdae] The Danubi train has been suspended since July 2026. A free shuttle bus loops the park instead, Wednesday to Sunday 09:30 to 17:30, and you take a boarding ticket at the ticket office, first come. On Mondays and Tuesdays there's no shuttle, and the observatory and the lighthouse take 2.5 to 3 hours on foot. Checked Oct 2026, confirm before you go. [Huinnyeoul] Narrow lanes of small houses and cafes on the cliffs above the sea. People live here, so keep it down. Parts of the coastal walk below are closed for slope repairs, some until 2028. If your stretch is shut, walk the clifftop lanes. [Songdo cable car] It crosses the sea from Songdo Beach, and the Crystal Cruise cabins have a glass floor. A round trip is 19,000 won on the Air Cruise and 24,000 won on the Crystal Cruise. Checked Oct 2026, confirm before you go. [Night market] Bupyeong Kkangtong Night Market opens at 19:30, so the day ends here. Some stalls take cash only. Line 1 takes you back to Seomyeon.
