Gamcheon, then sunset on Hwangnyeongsan

감천, 그리고 황령산 해넘이

Day course · 4 stops · Busan

The hill village by day, then Hwangnyeongsan from sunset into the night view.

[Gamcheon Culture Village] People live here, so keep it down and don't photograph homes or laundry. Stop at DUF Coffee, a quirky cafe where your drink comes with a cup of duck food for the ducks in the garden (11:00 to 19:00). [Gamcheon to Nampo] Bus 2-2, about 15 min. Board at Gamcheon 2-dong Samgeori and check the direction at the stop. [Nampo to Hwangnyeongsan] Take Line 1 from Jagalchi Stn back to Seomyeon, then a taxi up the mountain, about 10 to 15 min. [Hwangnyeongsan] A-CHA's top pick in Busan, and it's big on Instagram. Several lookouts sit close together at the top, so walk between them. Go up a little before sunset with a snack or a can of beer and treat it as an easy walk. On busy evenings the road up and down jams with buses and taxis, so give yourself time. Walking down takes 30 to 40 min. [Dinner] Dwaeji gukbap, Busan's signature dish, in the gukbap alley by Seomyeon Station. The Pick list mixes places A-CHA ate at and places Busan locals told us about. If someone is vegetarian, pick the place in advance.
